How to Shop at Our Online Store
Shopping online with us is a lot like shopping at a retail store, you browse
our catalogue of products for the items you'dlike, put them in a shopping
basket, and complete your purchase at the check-out area. The only difference is,
we're open 24 hours a day - seven days a week,...and you don't have to put on
shoes and leave the comfort of your home to shop! So read on and find out how
you can enjoy the shopping experience with Our Online Store.
Step 1. Make Your Product Selections
The first thing to do is browse our shop for the items you'd like. As you
browse you'll see 'Add/Buy' link.Once you've found the first product you'd like,
simply add it to your online shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add/Buy' link.
Just like in a retail store, the shopping basket is a holding place for your
items until you are ready to purchase them. You can view thecontents of your
basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' link on yourshopping page.
And, just like a retail store, you can always remove items from your basket and
put them back on the shelves.
Step 2. Proceed to the Check Out Once you've decided upon your selection and
checked your basket, you proceed to the Ordering Stage by clicking "Check Out".
At this point you must register with us. Registration means that you don't need
to complete your details again if you order from us in the future. This action
takes you to page where we need some extra details to complete the order.You
enter your personal information, your name and address so we know where to send
the goods. For express courier is very important telephone number.
Step 3.Submit your Order At this point you must decide upon the payment
method, actually Paypal, VISA and other payment are accepted. We appreciate that ordering online the first time can be a little
confusing so if you have any problems or are unsure of any aspects of the
ordering process please contact us and we'll try to help you out. Online help is

English is the official language of our website , all shipping
are from China.
A. Insurance
Insurance delivery fee is about 3% of total order, this
is valid only for retail orders or below 1000 dollars total order .
This insurance include: loss package by delivery company and damaged items in
the order. For missing items due to external damage or theft, the insurance
is not included due to unable to verify the truth. Insurance is not valid if package is seized by custom or courier because you don't want to pay possible custom tax or other reasons. If any package is lost in
shipping we will wait for shipping company lost confirmation, and then reship or
refund your order. Usually with express courier need usually 1 week, for
registerd air mail this refund process can take up to 1 month too due to slow
answer by national posts system. If your
shipping is damaged externaly and/or inside is empty please refuse the package
and let express courier ship back to us. Damaged items will be trated as
warranty items so proceed to contact us by email or support.
Registered mail processing time: open claim at postal office,
waiting response from postal office that confirm or not the lost package. Time
usually is 3-5 weeks .
Express courier processing time: usually 5-7 days from package
loss.
For bulk orders please note that insurance is not avaible.
B. Warranty procedures
All NEW product are covered with 1 year warranty.
Warranty can differs in USED items and some items with warranty info written in
description ; however if item description lack of warranty information we will
give 2 months of warranty for used items too. All defective items must returned
to us and only the defectives items, return shipping fee are paid by customer.
We will replace or repair it and reship to you at our cost. Before shipping back
all customers need to prior communicate with us by email, forum , or support
ticket. Any items returned without our authorization will be refused. For
flashcards please ship back only flashcard without any accessories.
All items need to be shipped back to China, please send email or post a help
request for warranty.. You can print it or copy it :) .

Warranty 2 month for all ac adapter,
keyboard, usb card reader, mouse. Item should sent back at buyer expense
to our service points.
In order to prevent high shipping fees, we refuse to give warranty for items
under 3 $ value. Reason that shipping fee is higher than item value. However
we will still give warranty and replace them if you make an additional order on
our website that covers shipping fee. For example usb card reader if is sold at
1 $ you can ship back to us, make a new order and we will join the new order
items with defective usb card reader. We know that this can be unfair for
someone but we believe most people will recognize shipping fee are higher than
item value sometimes.
Very important is don't remove or break any
warranty seal, otherwise warranty is void.
C. Payment gateway :
actually we support payment with credit card , paypal, bank transfers, moneybrookers, credit card VISA & MASTERCARD and
others. We don't accept money orders, postal orders, or any unsure payment
method. Western union is avaible on request only. If any
orders is more than 1000 $ we will ask you to pay with bank
transfer only. Paypal : all payment with paypal the currency will be converted automatically by paypal to USD $ only. So if your total is 10 euro, you will pay on paypal about 14 USD dollars . Iwsmile online bank: this payment is for credit card only, euro currency only accepted and only for max 500 euro amount as payment. Credit card data are used on the bank website so we don't know your credit card data, this is for your safety.
D. Shipping & Delivery & NOTES :
Free shipping for most countries in the world ( remote zone and island sometimes shipping is not possible with express courier)
- free shipping air mail for all store items avaible for order under 20$ cost - registered air mail is optional for order below 20$ and cost only 2$ fixed fee. If total order is more than 20.01 $, it is required to add 2$ fee for registered air mail . Tracking is possible in many countries, please refer to tracking link in our forum section - from 50$ to 100$ registered air mail fee is included in the total cost order - Express courier fee upgrade is 18$ for order, if order total cost reach 300$ express courier fee is free.
   
If order is too heavy so too
expensive or shipping in some remote zone, us we will evaluate the order and if we cannot process
your order we will contact you .
- DHL / EMS express courier are mostly used. Cost is
automatically calculated by our store. Time is usually 5 days for DHL, more
for others countries. EMS depends of country: USA 5 days, France 7 days, Italy 14-20 days too. Tracking number is avaible after order is dispatched and
will be avaible online at your order details or by email notification. NOTE for DHL and other expresss courier: if your address is a remote zone of service as from this link http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp the shipping fee is very expensive about 20 euro more! we will contact you if needed.
- Registered air mail , this methos is cheaper but slower. Usually time for
europe is 14 working days, sometimes even 20 days too, for US usually 14 days about. Tracking is avaible in
some countries as Italy, Spain, Uk, US. Unlucky for France and others countries ,
online tracking is not avaible for air mail. Insurance claims can be very slow
due to postal system inefficiency.
- Normal airmail is unsafe and not trackable, we are not liable for shipping
for this method of shipping. We suggest all customers to upgrade registered mail with tracking number. Shipping time is similar with registered air mail
- For Dhl / TNT / UPS there are limitation of brands and products. Usually is not possible shipping brand game Console, Iphone clones, mobile clones, batteries . For these limited items we will ship with registered air mail or EMS express courier only.
For shipping note: please use our store
comment/note field and don't use paypal note. We cannot promise to see every
time the paypal note because we receive a lot of payment and cannot each time
check payment with the order.
E. Nintendo Ds Flashcard : please
note that we sell flashcard with or without external paper/plastic box . Please
choose accordly before checkout. Please don't remove any warranty seal
otherwise warranty is void.
F. Customer is free to cancel orders,
no restocking fee is due. Within 3 days customer if bought for error can reship
back items to us for partial refund. We will refund order total less shipping
fees and payments fees if any. Any order unpaid after 3 weeks will be
considered cancelled to us
H. Custom fees
For all international shipping, sometimes home custom fees tax can apply.
Very rarely they will contact and ask some more info ( for ex. confirm your
name and vat/tax number ). Cost can be different for each country. If need
additional paperwork or documents please contact us. We will assist as soon as
possible.
